Bev Doole – Cellar Door
Bev works Saturdays at Mahi as part of the cellar door team. She grew up in Marlborough and is back on home territory after 10 years working in London as a journalist on the Financial Times. 
Bev is a keen cook and enjoys foraging for fresh produce including oysters from the Marlborough Sounds and veges from her Mum’s garden. Most offerings from Bev’s kitchen come with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc or Gewurztraminer.
